Composite Deck Build
From bare ground to finished composite deck, documented start to finish.
This deck started as stakes in a stone bed. Footings first, then pressure-treated beams and joists, stair stringers cut and set across the front, and finally composite decking with black aluminum railing.
Composite decking means no staining, no splinters, and decades of low maintenance. The wide stairs run the full front of the deck, turning the whole thing into casual seating when company shows up.
