Stained-Glass Shower Rebuild
A shower rebuilt from the studs out, keeping the stained glass that makes the room.
The original stained glass windows were the soul of this bathroom, so we built the new shower around them. The old surround came out to the studs, new framing and a proper pan went in, and moisture-resistant board was hung before the finished surround.
The result is a watertight, modern shower that kept the one thing the homeowners never wanted to lose. Good remodeling is knowing what to keep.
